Anna Fair's 3 Year Old Program

Anna Fair's program this year was Living Water.  As always, she was so precious.  I love seeing her baby face singing in her baby voice with her cute baby hand motions.  It kills me to see this sweet girl get bigger each year, I really want her to stay my baby.

Laurie's End of Year Activites

Wowsers, May was a busy month.

Barnyard Praise.
Such a cute program.  And so long, I was really impressed at how well these guys did.  Laurie's big line was, "We trust you, Lord, we really do!"

Ball Tots had there year end program.  I wasn't sure what to expect, but Laurie has loved it all year.  It looks like they combine just enough silliness with ball handling to make learnging fun.
Getting her first trophy was a big thrill and the highlight for her.
 Ballet Recital
After 3 years with Ms Krista, and she still loves ballet.  So precious in their tutus. After the performance, they had a free dance time to Let it Go.  Our very favorite song right now.  I have always loved Laurie's independence and free spririt.  She fell off the stage at one point and got right back up to keep dancing.  I'm pretty sure every other kid (and me too) would have run away crying, but not Laurie.   A little embarrassed, but it was still a nice reminder of what a great kid we have.

Laurie's class at a very fun and wild and crazy field day.  A great way to end a great year.

Henry

Henry, aka Hammering Hank, aka Henry Higgins, aka The Hammer, aka Ham Bone, aka Hen has been very busy lately.
Shortly after he turned 7 months old, he started crawling.  I am not ready for this.
I desperately want to get a picture of him in his baptism gown, but this face is clearly saying, "I am trying to watch Josie and you are in my way."
Dinnertime is still a full contact sport.  I thought if I gave him his own spoon, he would grab for mine less.
Now he just has 2 spoons.  Maybe 3 spoons is the charm?
At 7 1/2 months, he had his last baby bath.  I figure if he is strong enough to crawl out of the bath, it's time to move on.  For some reason, he hates this noah's ark suction cupped to the side of the tub and spends lots of time trying to rip it off.
His very first big boy bath.

Hanging out in his little nook.

That is one nasty, nasty face.
Our teeth count is up to 4.

The Little Mermaid

We went to see The Little Mermaid with our friends, Avery Dale and Marion Morgan.  The ballet was really sweet, but next time, I think we'll skip straight to the tea party.  That was really fabulous!  It was tres ooh la la fancy!

Softball

We took our first foray into organized team sports.  It was a great experience for us, it opened up great conversations about what it means to be a good teammate, a good loser, a gracious winner.  Oh, and we learned about softball too.

And we got to see Daddy in a pink t-shirt for perhaps the first and last time.
