Henry likes his first horse show

Henry may like the tractors more than the horses.

Third children

Are God's gift for putting up with the first ones.  They are finally big enough to be good helpers while I'm relaxing.

It's blackberry cobbler time!

A great day at Louise.  Poor Anna Fair was so tired.

Would you be interested in sleeping completely folded over your legs?  It doesn't look comfortable.

In other news, at his 9 month check up, he weighed in at 21.4 lbs and 28.5 in tall.  80% and 90% ranges.  (I think that's what they said, who knows what I miss these days)

June

We attended VBS at our church.

I made coordinating outfits for all three.

Ate a blue marker.

Ate his first big boy food, broccoli, about half even made it in his mouth.

Went to the beach with BB and Granddaddy.  Laurie, the wild one, caught several all by herself, then one fiesty crab pinched her and that was the end of it.  Anna Fair, the little lamb, cried when we made her touch one with one finger.

Went to the Hangout.  We love the bubble machine.  One of our children stood on the very edge, getting her shoes in it.  One of our children emersed herself up over the top of her head.  Guess which is which.

Laurie would have wondered out in the waves up over her head if we'd have let her.
Ate handfuls of sand.  Yes, I'm a good mom, I let my kids eat sand.

Took a selfie in the ocean.  This is right before a giant rogue wave crashed over us and these 2 angels about drowned me hanging on.
Lots of digging in the sand.
We found a barnacle (or something) with all these tiny little crabs (or something) living in it.
On the very last day, Anna Fair, on her own, with no coaxing, walked out into the water.  We were so proud of her.  It was only about ankle deep, but in between waves, she would crouch down and then hop up to jump the waves.

And that is June in a nutshell.
